Login Using Windows Authentication
By calling the variables you can dig up some of your visitor identities
From w3schools I know how to implement them in my web pages, and the identities that I’ve been looking for also can be implemented. That is calling the username of a windows user.
But when I access the webpage I just get blank page, after googling for a while I get a solution to have a little configuration in IIS.
Right Click My Computer > Manage > Services and Application >Internet Information Services > web_folder or Run > mmc
Enable Anonymous access > Edit. And then uncheck anonymous access then check the basic authentication then select the appropriate active directory, click OK then Apply the new configuration. You will get an alert regarding this implementation is not secure since the login information that send to network is not encrypted, but this problem will disappear after implementing SSL, you can find the how-to here
And then try to access the webpage you will get the pop-up window prompt for your network login information as you can see the capture
and done your webpage is already integrated with windows authentication. hope this useful.

mobile blogging?
the concept of mobile blogging sounds interesting right? see the concept more detail here . it's about how you express yourself realtime with your mobilephone...u doesn't have to find physical or wireless internet connection (Wifi) . but what if you are on the top of a mountain , or travelling
aboard and you want to share with your friends as quickly as u send them sms.
Here in Indonesia some operators have also give their customer moblog service, they are telkomsel n indosat. telkomsel gives you MyPulau and indosat gives you through indosatm3,
Generally, you can manage your own blog and customize it.but Ofcourse they put some business aspect with extra profit that is you have to post via SMS which mean its a premium sms.

You are Important Person
This morning while browsing emails and other people blogs, I found something very interesting, Time's Person of the Year: You (December 2006). Its an Article in TIME's Website, yes its old but still new for me because I'm just read it. It's Write despites all the world things happen in some parts of the world and you can make sure that you can blame on a certain person such as the conflict in Iraq got worse and Israel Invasion on Lebanon, Here is the quote "But look at 2006 through a different lens and you'll see another story, one that isn't about conflict or great men. It's a story about community and collaboration on a scale never seen before. It's about the cosmic compendium of knowledge Wikipedia and the million-channel people's network YouTube and the online metropolis MySpace. It's about the many wresting power from the few and helping one another for nothing and how that will not only change the world, but also change the way the world changes."
Yes It's about the world wide web technology that can create and change the way people to learn, interact and express themselves in someway affect others to follow and collaborate in "No Man's Land" the internet. I just dont want to be the person telling people what to do but from this writing I just want to telling myself to be more expressive about who i am, what i'm learning and experiencing in life or jobs that I'm daily face of. It's just about how you (or me) changing the way to learn something, move from your tradition way of learning that is learn just for YOU but now it's time for you to learn for yourself and others, so you can get their feedbacks or comments. By this kind of learning, you are not the only one who doing the learning process but others too. For me it just great to have broad understanding comes to you. in quite sometimes i pay attention from others blog such as this person, one of his client is "kuwait times" from his blog (he updated the design and very nice design too ) or lecturer at ITB which i think his writings found interesting to me and very rarely i found that many lecturers wrote blog today or aggregates blog such as planet terasi.
Now Google have an application that help me very much, google reader. you can always subcribes to others blogs feeds and get their updates and have some readings. Active Reading, yes that is the word, It's how you read, learn and write something. Not just read but also have something come up with new ideas. SO GO BLOGGING

Migrating to LINUX
Need an Alternative with your usual Operating system, LINUX is the answer, very stable, faster and demand less resources. I m a newbie to this OS, here i just want to share the experience. recently for almost 2 weeks i get intense with Ubuntu OS in the office. you can find the appropriate Installation that suitable for you in their website, new releases are updates every six months so you can get newest and more stable releases. Actually I 've known linux since 2 years ago where my first installation is Suse 9.2 but It just time when i get addicted with gaming, so most of the time I just went to Windows and start the 'Engine'. In first met, we (me and linux) couldn't get along very well, it's just because I'm very used to windows and all the application installed with, such as Microsoft Office 2003, Macromedia Family, Adobe Family, etc. Now I can find similar application to those I'm usually use with Windows Machine, such as OpenOffice, Quanta+ or Aptana (Aptana is Dreamweaver Killer app. finally got successfully installed!! YES). and the best thing it cost you nothing, Free from viruses (until now). Supported by million OpenSource Communities, and fully Support TCP/IP. I think i'm gonna get along with this one, no need to worry about troubles that may come since its forum can answer all of my problems.
Ok thats all the words i want to share hope you can have one too.
